As a former dieter who has lost 70 lbs., I want to walk alongside you and help you with your weight loss journey. I have experienced the struggles, the food addictions, the emotional eating, and the frustrations of weight loss. I desire to see others succeed, whether it’s losing weight, playing sports or achieving personal goals in life. As a weight loss & health coach, I give clients the tools and skills they need to help them be successful. There is no magic pill to losing weight–you have to put in the hard work, time and effort.
